A) Liveonly (as Company ) www.liveon.ly operated by the website (ve Website Sites) and / or in any way using (i User“) the Website of this Privacy Policy and Mobile The application must be read before it can be used.  

B) Website features include Google Analytics' Remarketing & Demography and Interest Reporting. Google Advertising for Display Advertising may be outside the scope of Google Analytics, and Google Display ads can be customized. The demographic information provided by Google Analytics is used to customize the Web Site and the advertisements via the Website, if any, to the interests of the Users. This information may be shared with advertising publishers, including information for other Users when used in target audience studies. This information does not contain any personal information (name, surname, ID, gender, age, etc.) in any way, and is used as a group to conduct studies on User trends and to compile the target audience. Upon the acceptance of this Use Agreement, it is approved to share anonymous information with advertisement publishers for advertising and promotion purposes.  

B.1) Third-party providers, including Google, will display the Web Site and Mobile App ads in the banner areas on their publisher sites. Based on visitors' past visits to the Website and Mobile App, the Website uses third party cookies and third-party cookies together with third-party providers, including Google, to collect information about ads, optimize and publish ads.  

C) Personal User information shall only be disclosed to the official authorities if requested by the official authorities and where it is obliged to make a statement in accordance with the provisions of the mandatory legislation in force. The User credit card information requested on the payment page is not kept on the servers of the third parties that provide Web Site and Mobile Application or services in order to keep the security of the Users who shop from the Website and / or Mobile Application at the highest level. In this way, all transactions related to payment are made between the relevant bank and the user's device via the Website and Mobile Application interface.  

C.1) Liveonly does not install any software to the broadcasters' devices via its own platform. Liveonly is not responsible for the grievances caused by malicious software such as trojans, keyloggers and such from the computer's own computer. C.2) We use SSL for the security of the information listed above.  

D) Liveon.ly wants your permission to access your social media accounts via various API’s. Youtube Data API and Facebook Graph API are one of these API’s.  

We use these access to:  

• Get live stream list from your accounts to be able to start sending the stream to appropriate live events.
• Enable you to set metadata info for these events.
• Get live analytics from these events.
• To create new live streams and get encoding parameters.

We want all above to just to be able to make you able to manage your streams via liveon.ly. We do not share any access with any other third parties and we do not use your permissions to do anything other than make you able to manage your streams.  

Broadcast Sharing

Liveonly does not accept any responsibility or commitment as the entire content of broadcasts through Liveonly is the publisher's responsibility. If the publisher shares the content on the platform, the user agreement with that platform applies. (For example: Facebook Facebook policy is applicable if Facebook is shared) Does not accept Liveonly binding to block or block broadcast.
